Grant Avenue Pocket Park Design and Planning Session #2

7 Apr 2008 - 5:30pm
7 Apr 2008 - 7:30pm

On Monday, April 7, join with Millvale residents, government officials, and business community members as we continue planning for the Grant Avenue Pocket Park.  This will be the 2nd of 3 public planning meetings. Landscape Architect, Joy Abbott, will unveil the first draft of her design for the space based off of community input at February's meeting, and YOUR input is encouraged!  Come on out and take part in shaping the future of your neighborhood.

The February meeting was a smashing success, as creative energy flowed through the participants envisioning a lovely space for all to share and enjoy.   Creating this park out of a currently unused lot in the heart of the business district, can boost existing businesses and residential quality of life, while providing both businesses and residents with yet another reason to move to Millvale!
