trying to communicate with you

I have been unable to apply to be your project last year and now this year too--can't get thru your captchas if they even show up. Do you have a phone number or an email address where I can reach you? I just missed another grant deadline because I don't have a 501c3 for my books to native american prisoners organization, and I really need a place to have at least a parttime office as I need a computer with printer and a file cabinet and a desk and maybe space for my library which is in a basement on the northside with limted access. Please help!
