New Sun Rising

The New Sun Rising announces Launch Project ‘Cancer Related Support Services Research’. Board member and secretary, Cindy Bandula-Yates has proposed, and The New Sun Rising has adopted, it’s first formal project. The New Sun Rising will be active in providing research concerning available cancer related support programs and organizations, which will benefit those affected by cancer in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. Once compiled, this extensive database (which is not currently available in the area), will be available to social workers, health care systems, and private entities who are searching for local organizations providing certain support services. Cindy is working with the Hillman Cancer Center in Pittsburgh on implementation and execution of this project, and The New Sun Rising membership will be instrumental in the research.
