At New Sun Rising, we’ve trained our Virtual Assistants to offer 24/7 support helping leaders to more easily access NSR’s resources and strengthen their organizations. Our virtual assistants are carefully trained by our team using curated knowledge, experience, and partner feedback.

New Sun Rising recognizes the power of data to shape discoveries, insights, and investments that directly impact people and communities. We understand and share concerns about the risks of AI and data centers to our planet and humanity, including resource consumption, misinformation, wealth consolidation, and concentrated power. Our goal in deploying the NSR Virtual Support Center is to democratize the safe use of AI to empower and enrich humanity. We will continue to evaluate the benefit of AI tools in the development of Vibrant Communities alongside existential concerns like climate burden, accelerated inequities, and safety risks.
Our Virtual Assistants are powered by licensed software from Skillbuilder.io created by long-time, trusted NSR partners here in Pittsburgh, PA. Their “Skilly” Generative AI platform prioritizes data security and privacy, while optimizing the efficiency of responses using a hybrid approach that balances the specificity of trained “specialized” Large Language Models with the broader context of “generalized” models.
