DESCRIPTION:Reflect\, Regulate + Respond: \n​Applying the Framework to Core\, Colleagues\, and Community\n\n\nThe Nonprofit Resilience Program (NRP)\, Julius Boatwright\, Landforce\, and The Partnership Network (TPN) welcome you to participate in a time of mutual learning.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe workshop is an interactive discussion where we will:\n\nGain an understanding of the framework\nLearn to apply the framework to three levels of leadership\nPractice at least one regulation strategy that can be used during high-stress situations\nLeave with a personal action plan naming one commitment at each level\n\n\nThis first workshop in the Relax + Learn series will be hosted by Alum Jasimine Cooper + Landforce and facilitated by Julius Boatwright. These workshops are open to the public so feel free to invite your team and colleagues to learn in a relaxed atmosphere and meet other folks committed to well-being as we continue apply it’s importance. \nRegister to Attend \nEvent made possible through the generous support of Eden Hall Foundation. \nThe Nonprofit Resilience Program is an initiative of The Partnership Network (TPN)\, a group of nonprofits working together since 2017 to increase the effectiveness of the community development sector\, including Neighborhood Allies\, Neighborworks of Western Pennsylvania\, PACE\, New Sun Rising\, and Grounded.
