New Sun Rising believes that everyone has the potential and gifts to make their community better.  By aligning the right strategies at the right stage of development, we help communities to organize people and resources through a culture of action. The Vibrant Communities Framework offers an adaptable roadmap of 18 strategies to help attract and increase resources based upon three development phases – Ignite, Launch, and Grow.
