Youth in urban communities often think there are only two ways out: athletics or working the streets. And most schools in these communities do not offer career training and exposure in tech-related fields. Beta Builders helps to address systemic issues by raising the consciousness of youth towards healthier, more sustainable pathways for employment and wealth-building.
- Community Engagement
- We will empower the community by providing services and programs not commonly found in black and brown neighborhoods.
- Accessibility
- We will provide access to technological education opportunities for all ages, not just young people, in order to increase the overall computer literacy rates and opportunities for black and brown people.
- Train Students
- We will train students to become tech literate and help them seek temporary and full-time employment in the challenging but satisfying tech industry.
