Co-hosted by Monica Hershberger & Marita Garrett, the monthly podcast focuses on interviewing women in leadership to expose stories of overcoming barriers & sharing what makes women quality leaders. Garrett says, “As a woman in leadership, I’m ready to change our narrative. No more saying women can’t be a president or governor. We deserve more women in leadership. We’re going to take our seats at the table & make room for more women in future generations.”

Adds Hershberger: “We’re ready to sit down with women in any and every field who are making our world better by leading the charge. Women’s leadership at the top may be sparse, but the more we share their stories, the more we will expose possibilities for other women to join the ranks.”Upcoming podcast guests include Allegheny County Controller Chelsa Wagner, community organizer Tresa Murphy-Green & Director of Change Agency Betty Cruz.
