Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Pop-Up! with Author John Archambault

Join us for a free kid and family friendly program with John Archambault, co-author of Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, on Wednesday, May 8th at Ascender Start/Build Hub. John’s program integrates stories, imagination, reading, music and fun!

Two program sessions are offered with an interim book signing/refreshment period:

• The first program session is from 3:30-4:30pm;
• Signing/refreshments from 4:30-5 pm;
• A second program session runs from 5-6 pm;

Sign-up for all three or just one or two! Bring your own copy of Chicka Chicka Boom Boom for signature. New copies will also be on hand for purchase.

Ascender is located at 6401 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 – 3rd floor. Parking is free and the site accessible by public transit. It is a great space for any adult to check out!

RSVP requested, but walk-ins welcome. Children will be eligible to take home their own tree sapling to plant at home or to give to a friend (available on a first come first serve basis via the RSVP system).

Green Mountain Energy will also be tabling to give interested parents the opportunity to switch over to renewable energy distribution – sending the message that trees and emissions reduction are a powerful tool in our climate-challenged environment.
