Program Description
We will provide the tools and information to help individuals become successful and sustainable landlord stakeholders in the community. We will make sure the participants understand the rigors, challenges and expenses of owning and properly maintaining a property. This training will assist them in planning for long term success. Approaching the landlord model in the lens of a small business owner who must take into account R.O.I, forecasting, and understanding the expenses of running their small business.
