PWN is a community-centered professional development organization dedicated to nourishing women so they can excel personally and professionally while making a positive impact in their communities. PWN creates intentional spaces where women can connect, engage, and inspire, with programming designed to strengthen leadership skills, expand professional networks and social capital, increase access to resources and opportunities, and support women throughout different stages of their careers.
PWN’s programming includes leadership and professional development experiences, executive roundtables, coaching and mentorship, workforce development initiatives, financial education, networking and community-building events, and opportunities for civic and community engagement. Through partnerships with corporations, nonprofits, educational institutions, and community leaders, PWN connects women to executives, mentors, employers, subject-matter experts, and peers who can provide knowledge, guidance, resources, and access to opportunities. Signature programs and experiences are designed to move beyond traditional networking by helping women build meaningful relationships, identify pathways for growth, strengthen confidence and leadership capacity, and develop the social capital necessary to advance.
PWN also invests in the next generation of women leaders through career exposure, internships, mentorship, leadership development, and experiential learning opportunities for girls and young women. Across all of its work, PWN intentionally bridges professional development with community impact, creating opportunities for women to grow while also giving back through service, mentorship, and engagement. Together, these programs create an ecosystem where women and girls gain not only information and inspiration, but also the relationships, resources, exposure, and access needed to thrive.
